OptaStar Protein Sdn. Bhd. aims to provide first-rate shipping for all of our products. We currently ship items to addresses within Malaysia. All orders are subjected to a Shipping Fee as per displayed on cart & checkout page.
Orders made will be shipped to the address provided during Check Out.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. However, delays may occur if there were complications during processing/shipping.
We do not operate on Public Holidays. Please allow additional processing time for orders placed on holidays.
RETURNS
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept returns of products or exchanges of products.
